In 2007, based on the existing production according to the classic German formula, engineer and entrepreneur Sultanhamid Hajiyev decided to create an entirely new technology for the production of plastic clay. His goal was to eliminate production defects, minimize manual labor and human factors, and reduce the production time. At that time, such technology did not exist in the global ceramic industry, which still relied on 19th-century technology based on separate drying and firing stages. Dried products were gathered on moving platforms, stacked, and then sent piece by piece for final firing in the kiln.
